When can I expect my order?
- Have you chosen 'collection in our store'?
  You will automatically receive a message when your order is ready. View the collection location at the bottom of this page.
- Have you opted for shipping?
  You will receive a message with a 'track and trace code' when your order is packed and on its way to the carrier.
- Is your order fully in stock?
  All orders that are fully in stock and ordered before 4:00 PM will be processed immediately and shipped the same day.
- Is your order not fully in stock?
  If your order or part of it is unfortunately not in stock, we will order it for you immediately. We will do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible! In the event of an unexpectedly long delivery time, we will inform you!
- Has your order not been paid yet?
  Only paid orders are processed by us. If you have not done this yet, please contact us via one of the options below.
