Shipping and delivery at MarineSpareParts.com

The packages we send are delivered by our carriers from Monday to Saturday. All orders are shipped with DHL.

If you place an order before 5:00 PM on workdays, the order (provided all items are in stock) will be shipped the same day. As soon as your order in our webshop has been completed and paid, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. You will also receive an email from DHL containing the track and trace code of your order.

DHL delivers from Monday to Saturday.

  • When do I receive my order?

    If all products you have ordered are in stock, the order will be shipped the same day.

    If not all products in your order are in stock, we will immediately order the missing products from our supplier. When we have received all products from your order, we can ship the order. We try to indicate the delivery time per product as accurately as possible. If the delivery time of a product is longer than stated, we will try to contact you within 24 hours to indicate this and discuss alternative options.

  • Shipping/service costs

    In the overview below you can see the shipping costs per country. Shipping outside the EU is only possible on request.

  • Exception shipping/service costs

    In some cases the product is larger or heavier than the permitted standard. In this case we will look for an alternative shipping partner and (extra) shipping costs will be charged. You will see the additional shipping costs during checkout.
  • Missed the delivery person?

    You will receive more information about where your package is by email. Or you will find a referral from the delivery person in the letterbox.

    In most cases, the order is offered again or delivered to the neighbors. It is also possible that the delivery person offers the package to the nearest DHL service point. Your package will stay here for one week. If you do not collect your package from the parcel point within this period, the package will be returned to Allersmarine.nl.

  • My order is incorrect. What should I do now?

    Always check your order as soon as you receive it. Did something go wrong with the order or is there damage to a product? We request that you report this to us within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period it is no longer possible to process this.
