Ordered too many or the wrong products? Can happen! You can return most purchases (with the exception of certain electronics, second-hand and custom-made items) within fourteen days, in the original packaging and unused. After checking and processing, you will receive the amount of the items back into your account.

PLEASE NOTE: Always check your order immediately as soon as you receive it. If something went wrong with the order or if you have damaged a product, we request that you report this to us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period it is no longer possible to return your order.

  • Is it free to return a package?

    Unfortunately not. Only if it turns out that we have made a mistake will you receive a return label from us with which you can send a package to us free of charge. In all other cases, the costs of return shipping are at your own expense. PLEASE NOTE: Always keep the proof of shipment in a safe place until you have received confirmation from us that the package has arrived with us.
  • Can business orders be returned?

    Business orders cannot be returned. Business customers/companies cannot rely on the Distance Selling Act. The margins on these orders are also so small that we make no exception to this rule.

  • Return due to an error by MarineSpareParts?

    If you want to return something because we have made a mistake, first send an email to service@allesmarine.nl with what went wrong and any additional photos as proof. If we have indeed made a mistake, you will receive a return label from us with which you can return the items in question free of charge.

    If the items to be returned meet the conditions below, you can proceed to the step-by-step plan of the returns procedure. If the items do not meet these requirements and you still send them, we can send them back against payment of shipping costs. If you have any doubts, we will of course be happy to assist you via our contact page.

    • The items are still in their original (unused) condition and packaging.
    • The items are not tailor-made especially for you.
    • These are not second-hand items.
    • They are not electronic parts such as a CDI, Ignition Coil, ...
    • You return the items within 14 days of receipt.

  • How quickly will my return be processed?

    Once we have received your package, it will be checked and processed within 1 to 3 days, depending on how busy it is. As you can understand, we are a lot busier in the summer than in the winter and therefore ask you for patience.
  • How quickly will I be refunded after my return has been accepted?

    After your return has been accepted, you will receive an email with the credit invoice. Payment is usually made the same day.
    PLEASE NOTE: All webshop payments (with the exception of Afterpay) will be refunded from Mollie Payments.
