Star Brite Salt Off®
Salt Off® is a biodegradable product that quickly and effectively removes salt deposits. It leaves a protective polymer coating to prevent future salt deposits and corrosion damage. It can be used to remove salt deposits from polyester, metal, vinyl, plastic and painted surfaces, as well as on fishing and diving equipment. Does not remove the wax layer and does not leave streaks. Objects to be treated can also be immersed.

Information - Salt Off® Protector / Concentrate
- Quickly and effectively removes salt deposits on polyester, metal, vinyl, plastic and painted surfaces, as well as on fishing and diving equipment.
- Leaves a protective polymer coating to prevent future salt deposits and corrosion damage.
- Can be used as a rinse for engines operating in salt water with the Salt Off® Applicator.
Instructions
TO REMOVE SALT DEPOSITS FROM EXTERNAL BOAT SURFACES, BOAT TRAILERS, DIVE EQUIPMENT, RODS AND REELS:
Fill the Salt Off® Applicator dispenser cup with Salt Off® Protector - Concentrate. Attach one end of the applicator to a garden hose and the other end to a nozzle (note: product does not include any adapters required). Make sure the black button on the applicator is in the "ON" position and the blue button is in the "MIXTURE" position. Thoroughly spray all surfaces to be treated, allowing Salt Off® to soak in for 5-10 minutes. Stubborn deposits may require light brushing. Rinse with fresh water and allow treated surfaces to dry.
TREATMENT BY DIPPING:
60-120 ml Salt Off® Protector - Concentrate on 4 liters of fresh water. Submerge the object to be treated for a few minutes. Then rinse with water and let it dry.
FOR FLUSHING INBOARD AND OUTBOARD ENGINES:
Fill the dispenser cup with Salt Off® Protector - Concentrate. Attach one end of the applicator to a garden hose and the other end to a coupling designed for your engine type (note: product does not include any adapters required). Make sure the black button on the applicator is in the "ON" position and the blue button is in the "WATER ONLY" position. Run the engine to reach normal operating temperature. Once operating temperature is reached, turn off the engine and turn the blue knob to "MIXTURE" and check that the solution is flowing. Restart the engine and let the engine run until the dispenser cup is clear and the product is used up. Salt Off® polymer coating protects the engine from future rust and corrosion.
